      As an Account Support Specialist you serve as the face and voice of the Yuasa brand. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration, and evaluation of the human resources function and for creating an overseeing health and safety protocols for the company.
          Duties/Responsibilities (Human Resources):
          • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
          • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure that the organization is effectively and efficiently sourcing and selecting the right candidates. Develop and drive talent management strategies to ensure effective staffing alignment with the needs of the business.
          • Leads the effective and efficient administration of the performance management process, making sure that the organization’s managers are equipped to engage in constructive and ongoing feedback and coaching, collaborate effectively when managing staff, and encourage staff to actively participate in identifying and addressing performance gaps.

          Engineering Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for Capex planning, managing the Process Engineering Team, management of in-house tooling, and establishing and documenting the manufacturing procedures.
            Essential Functions:
            • Oversee the development of the CapEx budget and 5-year Capital Plan. Coordinate the planning process across all departments. Assume responsibility for the overall management of the capital budget.
            • Assign responsibilities, create timelines and schedules for major projects; monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
            • Assume project management responsibilities for major CapEx projects.
            • Manage the process and automation engineering departments.
            • Assist and support in the development of new processes and equipment.
            • Understand the technical details of Yuasa’s processes, and communicate with employees in cross-functional departments.
            • Propose projects that promote opportunities to improve the accuracy and reliability of existing equipment.

            Environmental Engineer
            The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable environmental legal requirements and environmental policies and developing a strategic approach to managing our environmental programs.
              Additional responsibilities include monitoring operations for environmental compliance, developing site plans to meet facility environmental objectives and assesses proposed projects for environmental impacts, and implement cost-effective solutions to environmental issues.
                Essential Functions:
                • Provide a stable foundation and solid understanding of the environmental standards and all Federal and State regulations including (Air permits, hazardous waste programs, wastewater treatment, etc.).
