The 2025 AIMExpo in Las Vegas was a tremendous success. Compared to previous years, this year’s show felt bigger, busier, and more promising for the powersports industry.

Yuasa's booth was one of the major highlights of the expo, drawing constant attention with its innovative design and powerful messaging.

A Bigger and Better Show

The energy was strong this year, and many attendees were drawn to visit the Yuasa booth, with traffic noticeably higher than last year. Our large hanging sign made us easy to find, while our huge 16-foot long, nearly 8-foot high lightbox banner drew attention to our batteries, company history, and the importance of manufacturing in the USA.

Truly standing out from the competition and receiving high praise for its unique look, our booth featured a "lake house" theme. The engaging graphics included cut-out animal silhouettes, grass carpeting with a picnic-style table, and a boat shelf with our batteries on display.

After adding in plenty of giveaway swag, informative literature, and promotional items, it was the perfect stage for engaging conversations with customers.

Yuasa has proudly participated in the AIMExpo over the last 10 years. During those years, our team has always put in the effort to differentiate our booth presence in unique ways. Over the years, we’ve brought many exciting booths, from a motorcycle shop to a 4-element ecosystem, to a cabin in the woods, and now a lake house.

Just like our products, we find it important to distinguish ourselves from the rest every year. Yuasa stands out from the competition in longevity, engineering, and quality and our booths reflect it.

An Exciting “Guest Appearance” This Year

However, a big conversation starter was loaned to Yuasa by Sin City Indian Motorcycle: a 2024 Indian Chieftain – which highlighted our new GYZ20HL-C battery. Many attendees remarked on the booth’s distinctiveness, which we believe helped set the tone for a successful show. However, none of those were the true stars.

How the GYZ Stole the Show

The massive lightbox banner we mentioned earlier showcased the real heart of our booth: our GYZ Series batteries. The GYZ Series is not only the industry’s best AGM battery, they are also proudly manufactured in the USA at our Laureldale, PA facility.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Attendees were drawn to the impressive design and appreciated the clear emphasis on our USA-manufactured products. In an industry where quality and country of origin matter, it resonated with many visitors to the booth.

Many of our distributors, who have been loyal partners over the years, also expressed excitement over the direction the company is heading. After overcoming supply chain issues during COVID with us, they are excited by the continued momentum, high-quality production, and exciting new product releases.

Our time at the AIMExpo reinvigorated the passion for the Yuasa brand for many, a reflection of our commitment to improvement, not just in product offerings but in reliability and service.

The feedback we received from attendees, distributors, and even competitors reinforced Yuasa as a premier brand in powersports and how important our focus on domestic manufacturing truly is.

Yes, Proudly Manufacturing in the USA

There was a clear sentiment at the show that the industry as a whole is heading in the right direction, but many attendees also felt there is still untapped potential – especially for products like ours that proudly carry the "Manufacturing in USA" label.A continued emphasis on American-made products is important, not just for us as a company, but for our distributors, dealers, and the end customers.

Accelerating Ahead

Looking towards the future, we’re excited about several events on our calendar for the year. We will be attending Americade in Lake George, NY, and the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in South Dakota, where we’ll continue to promote and prove that Yuasa is the pioneer and premier brand in powersports.

Throughout 2025 we’ll also be releasing new batteries, chargers, testers, and more.

It’s all part of our ongoing desire to continue innovating and making the best batteries on the market even better.
