Marketing Communications Specialist
Marketing Communications Specialist Yuasa Battery, Inc. located in Laureldale, PA, is searching for a Marketing Communications Specialist.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and coordinate internal marketing projects. OBJECTIVES:
  • Oversight of marketing budgets, maintaining budget and monthly reporting.
  • Create promotions with sales managers and prepare marketing materials for marketing, sales, and training events. Maintain promotional inventory levels.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows.
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of the artwork for the plaques, labels, cartons, and screens.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of company product catalogs, countertop mats, and distributor booklets; contact third party vendors for product literature and work with fulfillment company as it relates to assembly and distribution of the product items.
  • Be a brand steward, ensuring projects consistently follow established visual brand, tone, and voice guidelines.
  • Manage areas of content and production across all media platforms.
  • Stay current with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Communicate with media organizations and advertising agencies. Arrange for vendors services for design, printing, photography, ad placement, and other services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Quality Engineer
Yuasa Battery, Inc., the leading manufacturer and distributor of power sports batteries located in Laureldale, Pennsylvania is searching for a results-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and execution of quality, continuous improvement, and standardization activities within the organization. Essential Functions:
  • Improve the Quality Management System through the review, revision and execution of process and procedures.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout the organization based on scrap data analysis and PDCA principals.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures, work instructions and documents as required to drive organizational improvements.
  • Investigate and determine root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformance's and quality issues where they apply.
  • Perform Supplier Audits to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
